Client Satisfaction Services
We regularly send out Client Satisfaction Forms for clients to complete and return, anonymously if desired. Many are returned, some with contact details provided; some not. We receive many thank you cards and, increasingly, email messages of thanks.
The high volume of repeat business , we think, is testament itself.

I have no comments or suggestions that would help to improve the level of service. However, I would instead like to comment at the wonderful level of service I received from all members of staff especially Mrs Fletcher who has been an invaluable support for both myself and my family.
