All post charge criminal cases for youths and adults begin in the magistrates’ courts and these can range from road traffic offences to more serious matters such as theft and violence.  Certain offences are deemed serious enough to only be dealt with in the Crown Court.  We have a Higher Court Advocate who is able to represent you in the Crown Court.
