Established, in Mold in 1920 and in Ruthin in 1988.

We have acted for clients through generations of the same family and we are proud of being able to maintain our reputation as a traditional “family firm”, particularly in an ever changing legal market place.

Three partners, all specialising in their own areas of law, together with five Assistant Solicitors, a Trainee Solicitor and a team of experienced support staff collectively provide the high quality and efficient service that accounts for the high proportion of new clients who contact us, due to recommendation by others.

We rarely advertise our services other by the usual telephone entries and sometimes by local promotions and we hope that this is reference enough for any potential clients seeking legal services.

In July 2007 we re-located our Mold office to a more convenient town centre location with larger private car parking facilities for clients, and much needed extra office space.

We hold contracts with the Legal Services Commission in both family and criminal categories at Mold and in family at Ruthin and are members of the Family Law Panel, Resolution

The firm is authorised and regulated by the Solicitors’ Regulation Authority and adheres to the Solicitors’ Code of Conduct 2007, registration No. 557403.
